As a result, we are now Airside Signatories which allows us to supply our candidates with Airside Passes. As part of our commitment to maintaining standards on behalf of our clients, Chapman Recruitment are fully compliant with the IR regulations in place at most airports. We also carry out a number of security and referencing checks on our candidates including a criminal record check, references covering a minimum of 5 years and a full security questionnaire in line with airport requirements. Chapman also provides its candidates with General Security Awareness Training (GSAT). This is in addition to the usual identity and eligibility to work in the UK checks, a full registration interview and capability references from line managers.
