We have built the KMS service offering to work in true partnership with both our clients and candidates. Recruitment should not be difficult it is about working with our clients to understand the not just the job description. It is about the organisational culture, what makes the business a great place to be, where the company aspires to be and the journey it will take to get there. Hand in hand with this goes the candidates current skills but also what excites them, drives them, motivates them to go to work and love their job as well as where they want their career to take them. Once we can understand all of this we can then go to work connecting the right people with the right jobs. We will commit to working with a limited number of businesses to ensure that we can provide the right level of service and support them to recruit the best person for the role. We are so committed to the provision of a quality service and the development of long term relationships that we have built our pricing around this. It is a risk for the business that is recruiting new people into their organisation, it is a risk for a candidate who more often than not is leaving a job to take up a new role but generally however that works out the recruiter still takes their fee. We want to share that risk with our clients and candidates and have built a fee structure to share that risk. We are business professionals, we understand the challenges our clients face and how critical finding the right people is to an organisation. More and more business we speak to now are telling us that finding the right people is holding their business back we want to work with them to support them. We believe in doing the right thing for our candidate, for our client as well as for our own business. We are not here to make a quick fee, I have been recruiting in the North East for many years and we are all about the long term relationship, proving ourselves as a trusted advisor to the people that we work with.
