Places on Interim Hub events are limited and we therefore operate a cancellation policy regarding refunds and transfers.
Once you have received confirmation of your place on the event you will be liable for the whole fee unless we receive written notification of cancellation more than one week before the event date.
Written notification of cancellation can be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
For bookings cancelled more than one week before the event, delegates will be able to change the date of their booking free-of-charge, or 100% of fees will be refunded.
For bookings cancelled one week or less before the event, no refund will be made other than in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the event organisers.
Please note that for bookings made one week or less before the event, the event fee will be non-refundable, other than in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the organisers.
In the event of a cancellation made one week or less before an event, delegates will be able to book on a further Interim Hub event for a reduced fee of £40 + VAT. This fee is non-refundable should the applicant then choose to cancel this booking.
No refund will be made for non-attendance on the course.
In the event of cancellation of an event by the Interim Hub, we will endeavour to inform all participants at least two weeks before the course is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible. In such an event, all course fees paid will be reimbursed in full, but we are unable to reimburse any other costs that may be incurred, such as flights, accommodation etc.
In the event that dates have to be changed by the Interim Hub, delegates may request a full refund if the new dates are not convenient.
